Feeling Good

When we allow things to flow; we unlock the streams of our minds and let go of control. The more we let life play out into a direction of our present desired energy; the more we become one with it, but the more we try to control every moment; the more worry and anxiety we build up in ourselves. Whether our desires will come true or not may not be guaranteed but I think it’s unhelpful and hostile to worry about it because this blinds us from seeing all the blessings and beauty before us. Letting go, sacrifice, confidence and enlightenment. Blue represents letting go of control and letting things flow; Red represents the things we have to sacrifice to attain peace; yellow represents the knowledge and enlightenment guiding us through the journey and finally black which shows the confidence to trust the process. Nina Simone’s music is a true inspiration of this feeling; connecting with the soul to free our minds and bodies.
