UNCLE SNOOP
NOTE TO SELF
- 120 x 160 cm
Note to self is a painting of J. cole. It is part of the collection of a Bunch of Artist. Note to self serves as a reminder that it does not really matter who we end up becoming in our lives as long as we enjoy it, we love it and find peace out of it. It further means that we should embrace each other and love our journey as it goes. This is also a title of the last song on his album which is more of a credit to everyone that helped him create the body of work. He plays with the words Love yours which imply that one should love that which they have and not be too concern about that which they do not have. All this was inspiring to me and he performs on stage in the painting which portrays him giving out this message to a crowd and urging them to take note. To self reflect and find peace.

HIGHEST IN THE ROOM
- 21 x 29.7 cm
A Painting of Travis Scott portraying an image of him from his music video titled "HIGHEST IN THE ROOM" I admire his creativity especially in the music videos. His music is extraordinary and very influential in the modern culture. I painted it because I am part of the community that loves his art and for everyone else that does aswell. It is also for those that find the painting to be amusing or cool.

UNCLE SNOOP
- 120 x 160 cm
A painting of Snoop Dogg. He inspires me because of his unperturbed kind of character. He seems unworried about life. He looks like somebody who has truly found peace and his music relects that. Atleast for me it does and that is why I was inclined to creating this painting. Everytime I play his songs or even watch him in movies or interviews I realize how consistent his energy is. This painting is meant to portray that side of him. A happy and joyful side. Without panick or worry and I named it Uncle snoop because he also portrays an uncle attitude towards those that look up to him.
